Our Sourdough Walnut & Cranberry bread is a sourdough loaf made with organic flour, cranberry, and toasted walnuts. A loaf with a thick, golden crust. It pairs perfectly with Brie, Camembert, or Vacherin cheeses. Try it also in desserts such where the walnuts complement pears, strawberries, or chocolate. Ingredients:flour, levain (flour, water), water, salt, roasted walnuts, and dried cranberries. It will last for up to 6 days and makes an amazing toast during days 4, 5, and 6.
