The idea for this project came out of the recording of Hank Williams Jr.. s previous album while Hank Jr.. was in the studio with his son Hank Williams III. This release is a collection of original Hank Williams Sr. classics recorded with a new digital process that allows the 3 Hanks to sing together with seamless perfection. What makes this album great though is the rawness and energy that permeates each of the tracks. Highlights include I m So Lonesome I Could Cry Long Gone Lonesome Blues and Honky Tonk Blues.
