Eric Benet (part of the band Benet which released an overlooked album a few years back) makes his Warner Bros. Debut with an album of seductive harmony-laden soul music in a classic vein. While echoes of Stevie Wonder Al Green and other 70s icons can be heard in the album s 13 tracks Eric puts his own contemporary spin on the music throughout. The album was written primarily by Eric; master funkateer Roger Troutman and Christian also contribute.
