In 1997 Cristina founded De Leon Collections with the goal of bringing the beauty and vibrancy of Mexican design to the American market. She began by designing and importing a small collection of handcrafted home decor items such as pottery textiles and metalwork. Over the years the brand has grown and expanded its product line while still maintaining its focus on unique high-quality items with a Mexican-inspired aesthetic.
