DalvayDelights Balloons are made of high quality helium from the manufacturer. They are not full you can fill at your local store or rent a helium tank from your local store or welding company. You can also fill the air and tape on the wall or fix balloon sticks. Please note that mylar balloons last approximately 1-2 weeks when inflated although the actual float time varies. The balloons will not be in the manufacturer s sealed packaging but make sure they are new.
