As little girls we were all asked What do you want to be when you grow up? Even though we changed our minds a thousand times the answer was always positive and productive. We confidently responded with honorable professions like doctors lawyers teachers etc. We were free from the residue left on the heart and mind after life-altering forces like tragedy and setback. As we grew many of us became contaminated mentally and emotionally by these forces leaving our lives at a standstill; but why? If you ever intend to live in God s best for your life you have to prove that you can be wounded and still walk in his will. Life happens to all of us and you have to change the way you process the emotional pain you feel if you ever intend to get everything God has for you. The fact is that many of your struggles are not random but a major part of your destiny s DNA. They are designed to strengthen you to the place where you can juggle pain and productivity while you are healing.
