This is for (24) 11 Polka Dot Black and Red Latex Balloons. You will receive 12 of the Red with White Dots and 12 of the Black with White Dots. Let me know if you prefer another combination. I also carry Solid Red with Black polka dots. The latex balloons will be darker than shown when you receive them but when inflated they will be the same color as shown. They have an opaque appearance not see through unless near a bright light and have a very pretty appearance. All my balloons are BRAND NEW deluxe helium quality from the manufacturer. They are not filled you can fill at your local store or rent a helium tank from your local party store or welding company. You can also air fill it and tape to the wall or attach balloon sticks. Please note that latex balloons ONLY float about 8-24 when inflated with helium although actual float time varies. These are Brand New but will be sent in Ziploc bags.
