Eleanor Tabor Indian Hawthorn produces clusters of pink blooms in Spring against dark green foliage. The new growth emerges as a bright reddish-orange before maturing to dark green. In Winter it will have deep maroon foliage along with blue-black berries. When planting this Indian Hawthorn dig the hole twice as wide as the pot and mix rich garden soil in with your native soil then leave the top of the root ball 1/2-inch above the ground level when filling the hole with soil. Use a slow release granular fertilizer in Spring. Not guaranteed to be in bloom on arrival.
