A mojito is a cocktail that consists of five ingredients - white rum, sugar, lime juice, sparkling water and mint. This combination of refreshing citrus and mint flavors can be used in most baking applications. Paired with lemon cake, the extract makes a delicious butter cream or frosting flavor. One teaspoon is sufficient for your typical cake or cookie recipe. In a commercial baking application we recommend a starting use level of 0.30% to 0.50% by weight.
