This Gathering Foot from SINGER® creates beautiful bunches of sewn fabric that are ideal for skirts curtains blouses or anywhere you want to add a flaring effect. It’s easy to install by simply unscrewing your sewing machine’s default presser foot (which holds fabric in place while the sewing needle passes through it) and replacing it with the SINGER® Gathering Foot. It can create gathers in a single layer of fabric or sew them in a single pass onto an additional flat backing layer.
