The Schecter Hellraiser C-1 FR sports a pair of high output hard-rock approved EMG Active Humbuckers. A tried and true EMG 81 humbucker in the bridge position will deliver scorching shredder tones while coil tapping capabilities provides this pickup the flexibility to tap into a fat punchy single coil tone in a flash. An EMG 89R in the neck position is loaded with Alnico V magnets giving you warm powerful tones for your rhythm attack. The neck pickup also features dual coil and single coil (uses rear coil) modes which both utilize individual preamps to provide custom outputs for each. The control panel includes independent volume controls a master tone control and a 3-way pickup selector switch. Rounding out the sleek black chrome hardware is a set of Grover Rotomatic tuners with an 18:1 gear ratio for smooth and precise tuning.
