The Vater Heavy Splashstick is a thicker version of the popular Splashstick for extra weight and durability for heavier hitting drummers. The drumsticks birch dowels provide warm acoustic tonality yet still produce a solid crack around the drum kit. The extended rubber grip on the Vater Splashstick leaves 4 of the dowel exposed and gives a solid stick-like feel with excellent durability in the rim-shot area.
