Elizabeth Gray s first book I Relived My Nightmare From Hell was a prelude to this one. Some of the poems written here were first incorporated in the preceding memoir as a different form of relating. Both books show her dramatic search for her own self discovery. She has succeeded mainly in her battle with Agoraphobia. This came to the surface as told in her own words.
