This high-performance summer tire features a hybrid carbon black and silica rubber compound toward the shoulder and a high-silica compound from the center to the inner shoulder for great wet or dry-weather traction. The Pilot Sport PS2 is designed with a solid center rib for great steering response and road manners and wide centrifugal grooves and notches that help ensure resistance to hydroplaning.
