The sheer awfulness of the Lindsay Lohan psychodrama I Know Who Killed Me effectively blots out composer Joel McNeely s score which taken on its own terms isn t so bad after all. McNeely s minimalist piano melodies are suitably creepy eventually expanding to embrace moody electronic textures shrieking strings and wordless vocals -- nothing exactly new of course but the execution is precise and a series of thoughtful post-production flourishes further bolsters the music s sense of malice and dread. It will be interesting to see what McNeely might accomplish given a watchable film to score. ~ Jason Ankeny Rovi
