This control has a long thin white housing with two large white buttons that have a soft green glow. It also has two up/down type buttons to control the back and footrest positions for the infinite control system. It also has a USB port on top of the control for charging a cell phone, etc. This is the new style two button control that Pride has been shipping for the last few months, and is now standard on their basic up/down lift chairs with infinite position controls. If the hand control on your chair looks like the one pictured, then this will be the correct replacement.
