Pepper Description: We grow these for a local tapas restaurant. Seeds are very hard to find in the USA but grow great here! Peppers turn from green to bright red when mature. Plant has green stems green leaves and white flowers. An heirloom from Provence France. The peppers have a fruity flavor and are used in French dishes at both green and red stages.
